Postdoctoral Fellow
I obtained my MS and PhD from the University of Pittsburgh, where my research focused on computational-aided drug discovery, with an emphasis on AI-based protein engineering. During my graduate training, I developed AI-based methods for antibody design, as well as computational models for predicting protein thermostability and protein–protein binding affinity changes. In the lab of Dr. Sgourakis, I will work on developing AI-driven frameworks for engineering immune-related proteins and studying pMHC–TCR interactions for therapeutic protein design. Outside of research, I enjoy watching movies, spending time outdoors, and exploring new places.
